The Kids Are Cooking
An aircraft I photographed in the aircraft graveyard in Tuscon, AZ. My dad was stationed on the island of Guam during WWII. He and his buddies had a lot of beer, but no ice. So they hollowed out a bomb and filled the bomb casing with their bottles of beer, attached it to the plane's wing and had the pilot take it up to 20,000 feet. This chilled the beer nicely and a well-deserved beach party ensued. Where there's a will, there's a way. Hand-cut collage on masonite, 36x36x2".
