Non-linear Memory
A collaboration with a poet friend of mine, as we grapple with the idea of the passage of time, lamenting and our fractured memory. Time tends to dissolve as we think of the past, causing our memories to be taxed. Loved ones fade in and out, and get mixed in with other bits and pieces of our lives. It is both sad and beautiful at the same time. Hand-cut paper and cardboard collage on masonite, framed, 24x48x2".
